Frequently asked questions.

What do I need to bring for my jet ski rental?

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and appropriate clothing for water activities. We recommend wearing swimwear or quick-dry clothes.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable $1000.00 security deposit may be required at check-in. The amount will be fully returned if there are no damages. You can E-transfer the security deposit, and it will be sent back to you upon return of the skis.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We currently only accept E-transfer and Cash payments.

Do I need a boating license to rent a jet ski?

Legally, YES. You need a PCOC (Pleasure Craft Operator Card) to operate any motorized watercraft.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PCOC, we can issue you a temporary license (Rental Boat Safety Checklist) for an additional fee of $20.00. We will walk you through safety rules and regulations as well as the operation of the jet skis.

How early should I arrive before my reservation?

We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time for check-in, safety instructions, and equipment fitting.

Is there an age requirement to rent or operate a jet ski?

Yes, the minimum age to operate a jet ski is typically 16 years old with valid ID. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for any rider under under the age of 18.

Are life jackets provided?

Absolutely. Life jackets are provided for an additional fee of $10.00 and must be worn at all times while on the water.

If you have your own Life jacket, you are more than welcome to use it.

Can I bring a passenger on the jet ski?

Yes, our jet skis can accommodate up to two people (driver and passenger), as long as the combined weight does not exceed the limit (usually around 400 lbs).

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our top priority. If conditions are unsafe due to weather, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel your rental. You will be notified and provided with options.
